Student Survey for using Google Docs- Mrs. Maxvill

Google Forms allow for a variety of question types and can be distributed to people via email.  Google Accounts are not required to take a Google Form survey.

This student survey was generated using Google Forms. This survey is necessary to collect data for finding out their prior knowledge regarding using Google Docs as well as whether they prefer using Google Docs in my classroom instead of microsoft office applications, such as, microsoft word, microsoft powerpoint and microsoft spreadsheets.
